Microsoft makes changes to MCSE and MCSD certifications

Microsoft has streamlined its Certified Solutions Expert and Developer certifications. Holders of the certificates are require to sit fr exams annually to stay current. This means every year there is an opportunity to re-earn the certification by passing an exam from the list of electives. It demonstrates your in broadening and deepening your skills in a given area of expertise. 

This new plan began on the 1st of April, 2017. All the MCSE and MCSD certifications released before September 2016 will be retired. 

It is now necessary for certificate holders to stay up-to-date due to the tangible return on investement. Employers want certified IT professionals who have updated certifications.
